The service
OmniAgent (omniagent.cc, by omnigems.ai) is a platform for producing AI-generated short-form content: AI influencers, video generation, publishing and automation. The service is under active development and is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Accounts and access
Access is granted by approval. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to produce unlawful content.
Credits
Generation is paid with credits. Credits are not money, are non-transferable, and promotional credits (including workshop credits) may expire. Refunds for purchased credits are handled case by case as required by applicable law.
Content
You keep the rights to content you generate, to the extent the underlying model providers allow. Content you publish to the public feed may be shown by us for demonstration (for example, on the landing pages). You are responsible for what you create and publish, including likeness and copyright compliance.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
