What we collect

Account data: your email address and name when you sign in with Google or register with your email. Workshop registrations additionally store the consents you gave and when you gave them.

Telegram data: if you link the OmniAgent bot, we store your Telegram username and chat id so the bot can message you and confirm your community membership.

Usage data: analytics events (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) subject to your cookie consent where required, plus content you create on the platform and its generation costs.

How we use it

To operate the service, to send transactional emails (sign-in codes, access notifications), and — only with your consent — emails about workshops and the product. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We rely on service providers to run the product: hosting (Hetzner), email delivery (Resend), analytics (Google, Meta), and the AI/media providers that process the content you ask the platform to generate.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for as long as your account or lead record is active. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time — contact us and we will handle it.
